The Transitional Youth in Circuit 7, encompasses emerging adults in the Volusia, Flagler, Putnam and St. Johns Counties Expanding to Circuit 3 & 8.

Develop a comprehensive plan to guide the expansion of youth driven and family guided systems of care to improve outcomes for youth and families within their cultural context. Have effective utilization of resources, have youth and families in all discussions, intervene early and promote mental health as a recognized health issue.

Circuit 7 youth and young adults with severe and persistent mental health issues and their families are engaged as primary decision makers in a culturally relevant, coordinated healthcare setting that provides the highest quality services and supports and promotes their individual growth to reach their maximum potential.
